YOGAKIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES
YogaKids, NJ Birthday parties are designed to be age appropriate and unique for the special birthday person. You will chose a theme of your liking, and the party will integrate breathing exercises, yoga poses (asanas), music, and an art project. Parties can be held in your home or in a rental space.
YogaKids party costs are $200 for up to 10 children, plus cost of the rental space if needed and $15 per additional child, and last approximately 90 minutes.

YogaKids classes address the natural interests, needs and rhythms of children. They stretch, breathe, relax and enjoy the many benefits of yoga in fun and playful ways! They engage in active, inspiring class activities and are guided slowly to a place of quiet and relaxation. The end result: They feel GREAT!

Ages 3-6 : Yogakids Creative Yoga for Children – classes offer children a safe, nurturing environment to explore yoga movements and relaxation techniques. Class is enhanced through reading, games, music and art.
Ages 6-10 : Yogakids Creative Yoga for Children – classes offers children a safe, nurturing environment to explore yoga movements and relaxation techniques. Class is enhanced through reading, games, music and art.
Ages 10-13 : Yogakids Creative Yoga for Children – classes offer children a safe, nurturing environment to explore yoga movements and relaxation techniques. In addition to books, music, games and art, guided meditation and visualization are used to teach relaxation and self-esteem.
Family Fun Yoga: YogaKids Creative Yoga for All! - Come and share some quality time together! Bring the yoga practice home in this class that will explore fun partnering and poses for the whole family, including great relaxing techniques for all.
